The NC CEC Child Advocacy Award

The North Carolina Council for Exceptional Children invites any CEC member to nominate North Carolina citizens who actively contribute to establish, promote or advance policy affecting students with disabilities and gifts and talents.

 NC CEC is placing a moratorium on the 2024-25 CAN Advocacy Award. This decision allows us to reevaluate the award criteria and ensure alignment with our mission to support exceptional children and their advocates. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
