NC CEC Mini-Grant Award
The North Carolina Council for Exceptional Children invites members to submit proposals for a competitive mini-grant related to programs for students with exceptional needs in K-12 settings. Each year, NC CEC will sponsor a grant up to $500 for members with innovative ideas for better meeting the needs of students with disabilities. Applicants must be CEC members.

NC DADD Autism Education Resources Grant
The North Carolina Division on Autism and Developmental Disabilities (NC DADD) invites teachers, service providers, and professionals who support autistic students across North Carolina to apply for a $100 mini-grant. These grants are designed to provide meaningful support by helping educators purchase classroom supplies, instructional resources, or materials that directly enhance learning and inclusion for autistic learners.
Applicants do not have to be NC DADD members to apply; however, preference will be given to current members.
Grant recipients will be recognized and awards will be presented at the NC CEC Annual Conference, typically held each February. This event celebrates professionals supporting autistic learners and highlights the innovative ways they are using resources to strengthen instruction, communication, and participation across educational settings.

NC DCD Communication & Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education Resources Grant
The North Carolina Division for Communication, Language, and Deaf/Hard of Hearing (NC DCD) is proud to announce the NC DCD Education Resources Grant, a $100 mini-grant opportunity for teachers, service providers, and professionals who support students with communication, language, and deaf/hard of hearing needs across North Carolina.
These grants are designed to provide meaningful support by helping educators purchase classroom supplies, instructional resources, or materials that directly enhance learning, communication, and inclusion for these students.
Applicants do not need to be NC DCD members to apply. However, preference will be given to current NC DCD members.
Recognition and Award Presentation
Grant recipients will be recognized and honored at the North Carolina Council for Exceptional Children (NC CEC) Annual Conference, typically held each February. This statewide event celebrates professionals supporting students with communication, language, and deaf/hard of hearing needs, and highlights innovative ways resources are being used to strengthen instruction, participation, and inclusion across educational settings.

NC DEBH Behavioral & Emotional Health Education Resources Grant
The NC Division for Emotional and Behavioral Health invites teachers, school staff, and service providers across North Carolina to apply for a $100 grant. While modest in amount, these grants are intended to provide meaningful support by helping educators purchase classroom supplies, learning resources, or materials that directly enhance instruction and services for students with emotional and behavioral health needs. Applicants do not need to be NC DEBH members to apply, though preference will be given to current members.
Grant recipients will be recognized and awards will be presented at the NC CEC Annual Conference, typically held each February. This event celebrates educators supporting gifted learners and highlights the innovative ways they are using resources to extend student growth, engagement, and achievement.

NC TAG Gifted Education Resources Grant
The North Carolina Association for the Gifted (NC TAG) invites teachers and service providers who support academically and intellectually gifted students across North Carolina to apply for a $100 mini-grant. These grants are designed to provide meaningful support by helping educators purchase classroom supplies, enrichment resources, or materials that directly enhance learning opportunities for gifted students.
Applicants do not have to be NC TAG members to apply; however, preference will be given to current members.
